These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of KindaBroke, a service provided by Web54 LLC. By creating an account, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use KindaBroke.

KindaBroke is offered subject to these terms and any policies referenced on this page. These terms apply to visitors, account holders, and anyone else who uses the service.

KindaBroke is currently intended for users in the United States only.

KindaBroke is a budgeting tool only.
KindaBroke is an informational and organizational tool only and does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
KindaBroke is not a secure storage platform.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you enter, the activity that occurs under your account, and your own budgeting and spending decisions.

- Use the service only for lawful purposes and only with data you are allowed to use.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Review your budgeting data and subscription details for accuracy.
Acceptable Use
You may use KindaBroke only for legitimate personal budgeting and related organizational use.

Sensitive Data Restrictions
Do not use KindaBroke to store sensitive data that the service is not designed to handle.

Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party providers to operate parts of KindaBroke. Those providers may process data as part of delivering their services.

Billing Overview
KindaBroke offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You may cancel anytime, and access continues through the current billing period.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion or as required by law.
Service Availability
KindaBroke is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any budgeting output, calculations, reports, or analytics.
Termination
Accounts may be terminated with or without notice, at the company's sole discretion.

Effect of Termination
If your account is terminated or deleted, your access to the service may end immediately.
Active data is deleted promptly, subject to legal, technical, fraud-prevention, and system constraints.
Certain provisions by their nature survive termination, including payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute terms.

KindaBroke is an informational and organizational tool only and does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
You are responsible for your own financial, legal, tax, and personal decisions.
We do not guarantee financial outcomes, budgeting accuracy, savings results, or that the service will prevent missed payments or mistakes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web54 LLC and its service providers are not liable for financial loss, missed payments, incorrect inputs, outages, third-party failures, force majeure events, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the service.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Web54 LLC from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of KindaBroke, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of others.
Arbitration
Unless prohibited by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to KindaBroke or these terms will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.
The arbitration will take place in or for USA. If a dispute is found not to be subject to arbitration, the parties agree to venue in courts serving USA, to the extent permitted by law.
Class Action Waiver
You and Web54 LLC agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general proceeding.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
