User Deletion
Users can delete their account.
Deleting an account may end access to account features, saved budgeting information, and subscription-related settings tied to that account.
Company Termination
Accounts may be terminated with or without notice, at the company's sole discretion.
Reasons
Reasons for termination may include the following:
- misuse
- abuse
- violations
- unlawful activity
- security risk
Misuse Examples
Examples of conduct that may lead to suspension or termination include:
- using the service for unlawful activity
- attempting to access data that is not yours
- uploading malicious code
- probing vulnerabilities or bypassing authentication
- using the app as a place to store restricted sensitive data
- sharing or reselling accounts
Data Handling After Termination
Active data is deleted promptly, subject to legal, technical, fraud-prevention, and system constraints.
Some information may be retained for legal, technical, fraud-prevention, accounting, security, or system integrity reasons.
Refunds
Refunds after termination may be prorated at our discretion or as required by law.
