These Billing Terms apply to paid subscriptions for KindaBroke.
If there is a conflict between these billing terms and a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory requirement controls to the extent required by law.
Plans
KindaBroke currently offers a free tier and paid subscription options.
Free Tier Limits
The free tier currently includes the following limits:
- Max 10 expenses
- Current month/year only
- No past/future views
Pricing
Current subscription prices are listed below in U.S. dollars:
- Monthly: $4.99/month
- Annual: $49/year
Auto Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Payment Processing
Stripe is used to process subscription and billing transactions at a high level.
Third-party payment processors may handle billing-related information as part of providing those services.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, renewal may not complete and paid access may be limited, suspended, or not renewed until the payment issue is resolved.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime, and access continues through the current billing period.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued at our discretion or as required by law.
Pricing Changes
We may change pricing or plan limits in the future. If we do, we may provide notice before changes take effect for future billing periods.
Taxes
Prices may not include applicable taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless the law requires otherwise.
